When I first came to Dental Wigwam, truly thought its a nice clinic even though I had to wait 3 hours for getting a exam, x-ray and cleaning. Angie the receptionist & Madonna the hygienist were nice.

Waited a long time for my exam with Dr. Pievsky Ellen, she was nice and she told me that she could either replace my filling or get a crown, told her I will think about it, need to discuss it with my wife. The front desk made an appointment for me with Dr. Ellen Pievsky, had to wait for almost a month.

On the day of the appointment I arrived few minutes before and when I told Sabena that I am just getting a filling and NOT a CROWN, she told me that I might HAVE TO PAY FOR IT as I did not call 24 hours before to cancel the "CROWN APPOINTMENT" as they made "ARRANGEMENTS", WHAT ARRANGEMENTS??? before putting a crown there is a procedure and a FILLING has to come first.

First of all, I had called 10 days before and again when they had called me 24 hours before to confirm my appointment, I had told Angie that I DO NOT WANT A CROWN and LUCKY for me, Angie had written on the book that I do not want a crown, just a filling so that disappointed Sabena.

I was made to sit on the dental chair, got my gums numbed before the procedure, am laying down on the dental chair with my mouth open, dental assistant is there with me and then suddenly a guy who I NEVER KNOW or SAW BEFORE says that he is my dentist and INJECTS ME....that is UNACCEPTABLE !!! He then tries to convince me TO GET a CROWN instead of a FILLING...am in shock, am NOT GOING THERE ANYMORE!!! My appointment WAS WITH Dr. Pievsky ONLY !!!

Am seriously considering filing a formal complaint with the DENTAL BOARD about this ISSUE !!!
