Dr. James Paschal established our practice in 1983. In 2005 we relocated to a newer, more modern facility here in West Reno. With over 30 years of experience, we’ve provided caring dentistry to generations of families just like yours.

Our reception area has complimentary Wifi, a refrigerator stocked with bottled water and juice, and even a Keurig to enjoy a hot-brewed mug of coffee.

In our treatment rooms, you’ll love the TV screen mounted right above your chair. Watch your favorite television program or follow along as we take x-rays and chart your teeth. We also have an extensive DVD movie library for you to choose from. Wireless headphones are the perfect touch if you prefer to block out the sounds of a dental environment.

You can even fill out your new patient paperwork online before you arrive, so that you spend less time waiting once you get here. Just bring the forms in with you, and we’ll give you a tour of the office while we get the room ready for you.

All in all I am very disappointed with this business. In addition to cleanings I have had two root canals and purchased two crowns from them.

The first root canal got infected after the crown was installed. Dr. Pascal drilled through the crown to clean out the infection which worked, but an unsightly crown remained that eventually broke. They refused to replace the crown so I will be purchasing a new crown from a competitor in town.

The second crown I purchased from them did not fit when they installed it. Dr. pascal ground off most of the porcelain from the top of it which made for an unsightly metallic looking tooth. A couple years later the crown became loose and fell off. I was only slightly upset with this until they hit me with a $95 bill to re-cement it. They did not provide a sufficient answer as to why they did not warranty their work.

Lastly, during almost every visit they attempted to sell me unnecessary procedures and products.

It is my recommendation that West Reno Dental focus more on customer satisfaction. In the mean time I would not advise anyone to give them business as there are more skilled dentists in town that pride themselves on customer satisfaction.
