They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I have a huge dentist phobia and believe it or not there was not one ounce of pain or discomfort, the procedure was 1/2 the time of other dentist (root canal)....He is absolutely the best!

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
