Dr Schackel didn't put on gloves before putting his hands in my mouth. They forgot to put the wires on my braces before they did the elastics. They had to redo everything. I was there for over an hour for a simple re-tie. I was shocked at how unprofessional they were. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible.
