I have been a patient of Dr Friedman for over a year. He did my braces and injured my gums while doing it and told me to "just deal with it". He never answers my questions about the progress and is extremely rude and argumentative. My insurance paid for everything up front so I guess he felt like he didn't need to put up this facade of being a nice guy since he got all my money already. He doesn't even do a good job either. The retainer he gave me is loose and doesn't fit and I have been wearing it every night per instructions after my braces came off and when I calld the office three times to ask about this they hung up on me. Do not go to this guy. His money hungry rude and unprofessional. Every time I go to his office it is empty because his manner has alienated him from his customers. Let his business die, I don't even know how he is still in business and has his license
