I understand they're busy, This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

I've been treated by this doctor for years. He has helped me from having surgery several times. As well as taken excellent care of me when I had emergency situations. They have always been flexible and professional. The staff supporting Dr. Broker is excellent. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.
