I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. Normally when I visit the dentist, I would expect to be able to tell that the dentist practiced good oral hygiene, but I definitely didn't see that here. I don't think they even brushed their teeth, it was gross. I don't think they have any qualifications! There definitely wasn't anything displayed.
they have unlicensed people working and the dentist wants only money and from the other consumers in plainsboro and reviews she bankrupted toothfairydentalspa, llc to erase all debts and cheated her partner of 20 years who established the practice

I was disappointed by my experience at this dentist. First of all, the female at the front desk - Manu can be a bit rude at times.

Within five seconds of looking into my mouth she said I should get Invisiline. I do have a misaligned tooth, but have been previously told by other dentists that I won't be a candidate for Invisiline. Hence, I was a bit surprised to hear that it would work for me. Natural follow-up questions were the estimated treatment time and cost. She said it would only take ONE YEAR (give or take a couple of months) and cost $6000! It is worth mentioning here that she is not a orthodontist but has a license for Invisiline. Anyway, I was very surprised as I thought it would take atleast a couple of years. She also said that I have 5 cavities and it would cost $50/tooth for filling. (This is consistent with someone else who complained here earlier that the dentist states excessive fillings are needed.)

Long story short, I got a second opinion from Brace Place - another reputed local orthodontic office. After two complimentary visitations, they confidently told me there is no chance Invisiline will work for me and said it would take at least two and half years to properly align my teeth with normal braces.

Lastly, I had originally made a dental appointment for a routine dental cleaning. After 45 minutes of wait time, I felt that the cleaning I got was rushed and painful. My eyes were actually tears during the process but she didn't even stop or show concern until it was over.
