I have used the office of Dr. Brody for 20+ years. My experience has largely been positive till 3-4 months back. Due to the fact of Dr. Brody no longer accepting many insurance plans including United, many costs are getting passed through to us patients. So I have had to change over to a new dentist. Even though Cathy in the office mentioned she would send my dental records to my new dentist to ensure smooth transition, I was surprised to note that she had not transferred the same. When I spoke after 3 months, she mentioned that since the last payment had not been received from the insurance company, she held back the dental records. I find this behavior extremely unprofessional and customer unfriendly -- After being a patient for 20+ years for Dr. Brody's office to hold back my health care records because of delayed payment (which they did finally receive) is shameful!!

I have been going to Dr Brody for over 20 years now. I have never been disappointed with his services. He. along with his staff are excellent and caring individuals. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a great dental provider.

Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes
