Do Not use this practice!! Will not refund the money I paid them at the time of my treatment even though they have been reinbursed by my insurance company. This group insists on being paid upfront, before treatment, the amount they calculate to be your responsiblity at the time of your appointment. They are now not willing to reinburse when when they are compensated by insurance for the service. Have requested several times for reinbursement to deaf ears. In addition, they have also completed services on me which were diagnosed incorrectly, caused extreme side effects, and pain during the procedure!!
