I have been with this office for years. they change staff often, and the ladies there can be very unprofessional. My crowns are failing or not being crowned immediately after root canals. The doctor just bandaids the problems and will have you come in time n time again, in which he tells you, that he has ordered a crown and when you get there, they so call says that its in the basement. Happened to me for over a year, and finally the doc tells me that he never ordered the crowns and so called fitted me for them. Doctor tells the receptionists what to say to the patients. He also will start a process, and then sends the receptionists to ask you for the copayments while your doing a procedure. Just unethical

The dentist is very kind and professional however the staff are very unprofessional and unsympathetic. I tried to get my mother in for an emergency and they were not helpful at all. T
