My husband and I had nothing but headaches from this office and his staff! Went in for a cleaning for both of us and my husband needed a filling. Paid everything we needed and was told if we got a bill to ignore it because we paid. Well, we did get a bill for everything we paid and more. When I called Tony who works at the office was rude and said the insurance company paid their 100% for the cleaning and exam but their charge was more and we needed to pay that too! What? When the dentist contracted to take my insurance he has to accept the payment that they pay . If it isn't enough for him why is he accepting this insurance. After back and forth and speaking to Tony who works there he told me I better look at my explanation of benefits and when I asked him to explain again why I owe anything he told me very nastily I already told you twice...of all the nerve! Maybe he better look at the explanation of benefits because it said I was paid in full for the cleaning and exam and already paid for the balance of x rays and had the proof from my master card. I thought we found the perfect place to go for our dental issues but I was wrong. This dentist and his staff has caused us nothing but stress and it was for cleanings and a small filling. Can you imagine what I would go through for major work? Nothing but grief. I would not tell anyone to go there. Awful experience!

I had been looking for local dentist to service my implants. Thankfully I found Dr. Keller. He is knowledgeable and solved my problem immediately. He and everyone on the staff were nice and friendly. I was thoroughly satisfied with the service and will be returning as the need arises. I would definitely recommend them to my loved ones. The one thing that I really enjoyed about this place was their high level of customer service. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment.
