They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Before beginning the extensive work that was required, a complete plan with costs was outlined and discussed with me. There were no surprises. In addition I was seen quickly for every appointment. There is always an assistant present to converse with the patient and to make the patient feel comfortable. Costs are reasonable and equipment is state of the art. Whenever I needed specialized work as part of the treatment plan, Dr Peters never objected when I, the patient, decided to visit a specialist rather than have that particular work done at his office. It wasn't that I lacked confidence in Dr. Peter's work, but as an dental office coward, I prefer to see specialists when I need special type of work such as root canals or teeth pulled. Dr. Peters was always supportive of my decisions. A definite recommendation if you're seeking a new dentist.
