I've never gotten a call to remind me about my upcoming appointment. It made me feel like they didn't care whether I showed up or not. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. They gave me a little information about fees and payment plans before my treatment, but not enough. I wish they had gone over it more thoroughly with me. I probably would have decided to not do the treatment. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.
