They've never used foul language. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I have been seeing Dr. Sylvester since I was 5 years old. I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room. too. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. I wasn't given any sort of payment plan or fee information before they went ahead and scheduled my treatment. I had no idea how much I should expect to pay. They didn't give me any sort of financial information until long after my procedure was already finished. However, they knew my insurance would cover the costs.
