I was hoping they would give me an estimate BEFORE the service,but not until after the procedure did they tell me that my insurance did not cover the procedure and that I had to pay immediately out of pocket. It turned out that my insurance DID cover the procedure, and that they were using the out-of-pocket payment to ensure patients would return only to them for the permanent crown - where the real money was. My insurance company confirmed this! They referred me to an oral surgeon who disagreed with his diagnosis and refused to treat me because I have Fibromyalgia. I was treated terribly. I had to find another oral surgeon on my own for a root canal, leaving me with a hefty bill from the one who refused to treat me. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. The staff must have not been trained very well. Now that I'm trying to make my follow-up FOR that permanent crown, which was delayed due to a sewage burst in their office, their number is out of service. This is not a reputable husband-wife dentist team.
