Dr. Berhin is the absolute best in the field. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

They were always ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
