They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment!

I do not like Dentists. I have been to several and have not wanted to go back. Unfortunately I had no choice in the matter, I had a tooth ache. Dr. Apfel was referred to me by, of all people, my mother in-law. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. The doctor took me right away, and did a great job. He has a very light hand, and I felt at ease, even though, as stated before, I don't like dentists. I think I have found one I will actually go back to. I had a Root Canal, and didn't feel a thing. For someone like me to to actually recommend a dentist has even surprised myself. While I hope not to see him that often, I know when I do, everything will be ok.

Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable
