They never pick up the phone it is very hard to get an appointment over the phone. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They do not even pick up the call so it is a big head ace to get an appointment .
