They DEMANDED my social security number in order to use their services. I have all my insurance information and necessary documentation but refused to provide my social security number. They then refused to give me service. Never heard of such a thing ever. I would not recommend them at all. Why does a dentist need your SS#. In this day and age that number needs to be kept confidential unless you are dealing with something directly related to the need for the number.
