You need to be careful when you visit this dentist. He will sell you all kinds of things you don't need. Such as Porcelin Inlays which don't really help your teeth but hinder them. He will say he didn't get paid from your insurance and he did. He will get you a specialist to do an implant then they get paid by the insurance and he will take you to court and swear he didn't get paid. When actually he didn't do the work and they pay the person who does. He is very money hungry. If he charges your credit card once he will charge for anything else he's done that may or may not be covered by your insurance without your permission for that particular charge. He must also pay off the legal system. He is one big thief!
