Horrible office staff very unfriendly, very unprofessional
Office dirty , I recently had a awful experience
I went in for a temporary tooth before an implant.
The dentist secured the temp tooth in, and I went to the front desk to check out
the very unfriendly secretary told me how much I had to pay
I didn't have the money on me I was not aware that I had to pay at that time usually they submit the claim to my Insurance and after what the Insurance pays I get a bill and I pay it right away or I just give a little bit of money up front . Well when I told them that I didn't have all the money with me at the time and I asked If I can go and get the money and bring it back she asked me how long I was going to take I said no more than an hour. The other unfriendly and very unprofessional secretary heard the conversation and she said come back inside the dentist wants to see you. So I did go back into the dentist's office Dr. Zudan came in and he said "I'm very sorry but I have to take your temp tooth out and when you bring the money in I will give the tooth back to you". Very disappointing my family and I have been patients there for over 10 years and this is how they treat their patients.
I don't recommend them to anyone HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

This Dental Care provider makes little effort to get me in quickly if there's an emergency. Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They were barely helpful at all. There's no way I'll ever be back to this provider. Most of the time they call me to remind me about my upcoming appointment.

Their office was nice and quiet. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
