When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
