I chose this place because they deal with special needs children. They barely gave me any information at all. I had to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. They recommended a root canal and eight fillings for my son. I wasn't in dispute of that but they wanted to restrain him. My son has anxiety and trauma in his background. I asked if there was any other way and they said no and that they tell him it's a seatbelt. Are you kidding me? He's not stupid. They discussed things in front of him that should not have been. They then told me that my son would be fine brushing only with ACT any only performed an x-ray and exam. No cleaning. I ended up seeking out an endodontist for adults and scheduled an appointment as a consult only to educate myself on options. Upon hearing what I had to say, the endodontist called Dentistry for Children and asked for the x-rays. They wouldnt send them. He personally called other pediatric dentists in front of me and found a fit for me. Honeslty, the only good thing about it was the perscription for flouride.

This is the most unprofessional office I have ever dealt with. I was taking my children ther for about 1 year and though I never had much of an issue with the dentists and their care, I did come across some issues with the office workers. I had paid a bill over the phone and had requested that they mail me a copy, gave them my updated address since I had discontinued going there due to insurance change, and 2 weeks later still no receipt in the mail. Called the office and explained that they had never mailed me my receipt As i requested and they acted surprised but not apologetic at all and said they would mail me a new one. I explained to the girl I had needed this as proof of payment for a time sensitive matter. Well it's been a month now and STILL no receipt! I'm going to have to drive down there to get it since the aggravation of their incompetent staff has now brought me nothing but frustration. Save yourself the headache and find an office with a staff that can actually complete a task.
