WORST EXPERIENCE!! Dr. Soni put me through hell and the end result was still not even that good! In the beginning I enjoyed being seen by him and had no problems. Then I needed a cap put on my tooth. 1st he left me unattended while under Nitrogen oxide which I later found out should NEVER happen... That explained why I started heavily sweating and almost past out as he ran in quickly to lower it. Then he put the temporary cap on my tooth and told me to come back in 2 wks. Mind you, I never had a cap before; I knew nothing about it, When eating something it chipped and when I called Dr. Soni, he said do not worry just come in. When I came in he said "Where is the temporary cap"?? I had no idea what he was talking about? He started to get a bit irritated with me and was acting like I should know what he was talking about. I was so confused!! Come to find out I must have swallowed the temporary cap or something. He claimed he needed that in order to get everything completed. I was still so confused and I ended up not only paying over $1,000 for my cap but then he demanded I pay the additional money for the swallowed or lost cap EVEN THOUGH I had a warranty. When I called him up he never said "make sure you bring the cap back". I knew nothing about this process it was totally foreign to me and he literally had me in tears over this. I sat there in his chair crying and told him I would just pay the damn money... Can you imagine being scolded by your physician? As if you are some stupid child?? When I came back he was able to finalize the cap/crown.

I thought I would never have to see Dr. Soni again... Then I went for a cleaning and the dentist commented on the terrible work done on my crown. He even gave me an x-ray and said "go back to that dentist and tell him this is what I told you". When I went back to Dr. Soni he said he would do it again but that it was really fine and of course I did not want to deal with Dr. Soni again so I left it alone. Dr. Soni did say if I ever had problems he would always fix it.

Then I went to another dentist because I moved and they proceeded to say how bad the work was. My tooth has black on the root of the tooth and gum line. When I contact Dr. Soni he was very quick to accommodate me and said he would fix it. However, I now live 2 hours away from him and he would not give me a day on the weekend. He would only give me time during the week. Now I would think if you had a patient that had 2 different dentists comment on your bad work you would do whatever to fit me into your weekend schedule. When I did finally make an appointment he sent me an email saying "please do not be late"??? As if I'm inconveniencing him?? Can you imagine? Mind you I was never late for any of his appointments.

In the end I decided not to go back to Dr. Soni because this has been such a traumatic experience with and at this point I do not trust him or his work. I’m constantly reminded of this every time I look at my tooth. I paid money that I did not have to have this fixed correctly. Dr. Soni should never have handled things the way he did with me. He was completely out of line and I would not recommend him!!

I love how attentive they are here. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. They've never used foul language, They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
