Dr. Couret and his partner Dr. Coleman are great. I've been going to Dr. Couret for about 20 years -- and never had a bad experience. In fact, people love Dr. Couret. Great chair-side manner. When I was in the National Guard one of their dentists looked over my mouth as part of a routine check and he complimented the work he saw. What's more, I find the office to friendly, on time, and well run. Except for one hygienist who is a little too "thorough" with the tooth scraper, the hygienists get an A+

I keep records of all my dental procedures, so I appreciated them giving me an invoice right when I asked. They are very organized and professional. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
