Good customer service by friendly reception, very unprofessional service by dentist.
On the morning of my 1st visit to this dentist I got a phone call (at 11:20am) from reception saying there was a cancellation and invited me to come in before my 1:00 appointment. I did not say I would be there at any specific time before my scheduled appointment, but thought I might be able to come in early and would if I could. Ultimately, I wasn't able to arrive early, but did show up for my appointed time at 1:00. The dentist had made other plans outside the office and had left early, leaving the message that she was expecting me at noon. I had driven from out of town and had fit her into my schedule. I will not return to this unprofessional dentist. I had cold-called this dental office to find a new dentist and chose it because of the good customer service I received from reception. Too bad the professionalism wasn't office-wide.
