Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

Office practices for billing and scheduling are not clear. Recently changed cancellation policy to 2 business days and will charge you for the visit even if they call to confirm at 4:59 pm and leave a message. Be certain to get your appointment in writing along with a dated policy on cancelling/rescheduling. Also be certain to discuss thoroughly the office policy on payment plans and the amount of interest they will charge on balances.
Dr. LeDoux is very capable and friendly, but the business office makes dealing with this practice unpleasant and at times aggravating.
Expect to get frequent reminder calls about teeth cleaning, however - at work, at home, ad nausea.
