Ralph Ergas is verbally abusive to his child patients as well as their parents to the point of yelling and throwing things. Its is an awful place to bring your children to. He uses a threatening manor to intimidate your child into doing what he needs and it is completely uncalled for. Do not subject your kids to this abuse, I wish I had done my reasearch before making my appointment. Don't make the same mistake that I did, read up about parents with similar experiences and inform anyone you know with young children about this man described by another patient as a 'Drill Sargent with scrubs on.'

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. The staff didn't seem to know a whole lot about the company they worked for. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page.
