To address the unsatisfied customer review. We are an extremely caring and sensitive office providing quality dentistry to all. Let me address a few of your issues. We have been under construction for quite awhile because we are upgrading our facility and equipment to better care for our patients. We apologize for the inconvenience. Tattoos do not say anything about the quality of care one receives. It is a personal choice that you nor I have the right to judge. It is atypical for the doctor to only spend 5 minutes and deliver a treatment plan worth $6,800. There are many options to treatment and perhaps you chose a less expensive and more temporary resolution to your problem. Third party payment plans tend to be expensive because people typically seeking this type of financing are a higher risk. We try our best to make dentistry affordable to all. We are also one of the few general dentists in the state that takes medicaid. We can see emergency patients the same day and schedule appointments within a week. Of course if you are looking for a specific time the wait for an appointment may be longer. Our patients are considered our family and we treat them as such.

I was very upset with this dental office. The front office people were very professional but the 2 people I dealt with most were not professional. Sorry I don't think a person with full sleeves of tattoos should have them exposed. The doctor looked in my mouth for about 5 minutes and then claimed in needed 6800 worth of work. They carry a 3rd party payment plan at 25% interest rate. If you need to make an appointment, I hope you have 3 months to wait. I went to an aspen dental and I needed 1500, worth of work and I was able to get it all done in 2 weeks. Also dover dental's building is under renovation. Some places are missing walls, carpet, tiling etc. Very unsatisfied, never will go there again. Look someplace else. There is an aspen dental in portsmouth that is amazing
