Please do not ever under any circumstances go to this dentist. I went in with extreme pain to the point that I couldn't function and left in worse condition than I arrived in. First off, I requested "Laughing gas" because of my dentist anxiety. I was thrown in a room with the mask strapped to my face for about half an hour while I was supposed to be getting relaxed by the laughing gas. I felt nothing and couldn't find anyone to help me because they were all up front talking, laughing, and having a good time. Come to find out the not so smart hygienist forgot to turn on the laughing gas and it was only oxygen flowing through the mask. Great! Then she supposedly turned it on, 30 minutes later I was still not noticing a difference, who knows if she even figured out how to work the machine or if my anxiety was through the roof at the fact that the hygienist couldn't even figure out some basic dials on the machine. I certainly didn't want her working in my mouth!

Finally they came in to look at my teeth, "Dr" Vieceli is about as incompetent a dentist as anyone walking down the street, she attempted to numb me to work on my extremely painful tooth. Let's just say 7 numbing shots down, I'm in tears my ear and my eye socket is numb but not the tooth that she was supposed to be working on. I said I'm done I want to leave. She said no you should be numb enough let's just try it. It hurt worse than anything I've felt in my life.

After that horrific appointment I said can you give me something for pain I'm dying and I have to work tomorrow. She says oh sure! Takes out a piece of paper and writes down take two Advil twice a day blah blah blah. At this point I'm so upset I could just scream but unfortunately my entire face is too numb for me to tell her what I actually think of her at this point.

The entire staff is absolutely ridiculous, they all spend their days talking and laughing away which is great, I'm all for a happy work environment. I also believe that once a patient enters the room it should be all about them and the conversations need to be kept professional. This is not the case at Vieceli's office. She spends the whole time working in your mouth talking to the hygienist about her family and everything else in her life which is very stressful and, frankly, annoying when you want them to be focusing on your teeth.

This horrific appointment was about a year ago, and I am still dealing with the consequences of her work to this day. I have since found a great dentist, but I still remember when I went in to him for the first time. He said, word for work, God who did this dental work?! I have never seen a tooth filed to this shape in my life, I'm so sorry, I'll fix you right up!

Please do not go to this office. I do not want anyone going through the pain, and agony that I went through, and as I stated before I am still trying to get my teeth back to the level they should be after having Vieceli work on them.
