Front office is great! I go to other dental offices and its a mess, like too many people are working and they are always confused on what is going on with certain things. But Liz runs a tight ship. She knows when you call in about your account/balance/insurance/appointments, she is super friendly and easy to talk to and makes gives you a great first impression of what the office is going to be like. Mary the hygienist is wonderful as well, she is gentle and kind. Pine Lake Dental is a great place to establish your family for a long term dental office. I tell all my family and friends to go there!
