They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I find the customer who had a negative experience hard to believe. Towne Dental is a very professional dental office, with a very courteous and friendly staff. Dr. Batko is a very good dentist and he is very professional. I lost my job shortly after having a crown put on 3 years ago. They did not put a timetable on me paying for the service. I would definately recommend Towne Dental if your looking for a dental office.

The hygienist was very gentle and did not lecture. Dr. Batko was thorough in my exam and made me feel good, explaining everything as he went along. We laughed during the appointment as well. Kathy at the door greeted me and explained my payment. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I would recommend this dental office for everyone!
