The dentist paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I know that I can trust their motives, and they're not just looking to make money off me. I never have to worry about them pressuring me to get dental procedures I don't need. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. and doctor bruse's appentist was really rude she had an attutide the whole time.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

Very Compasionate, helpful doctor! Could not ask for more. Needed to get my father in quickly for teeth extraction prior to cancer treatment. Very Empathatic, a wonderful man.

Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
