Wait times were ridiculous- an hour in the front lobby, nearly an hour in exam rooms. Staff was polite but seemed rushed and overwhelmed. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. Exam rooms appeared dirty as did dental tools. On more than one visit multiple x-rays were taken because they couldn't get them right on the first (or third) try- with no concern for excessive radiation exposure. When I switched dentists out of pure fear of contracting AIDS or hepatitis from dirty tools and because of poor quality work, they refused to send x-rays or records to new dentist.
