There were three receptionists there ( I'm assuming one was there but always on her cell phone). One of the receptionist was polite and seemed knowledgeable about insurance policies and the process, the other....not so much, she didn't know much and didn't make an effort to get answers. The reception area was ok but the treatment room was dusty and kinda dirty looking, the bathroom was very dirty! And the wait time was ridiculous! I got there 30 mins prior to my schedule appointment time and was not seen until TWO hours after my scheduled time!

The dentist worked on my tooth, he was polite and professional, but I found him to be too rough and the workmanship was sloppy and he didn't fix my cavity.....the knowable receptionist told me to come back, my tooth was excruciating so I did come back, the room seemed cleaner but the tools did not!!! The instruments that were supposed to be sterilize and in the bag had condensation inside, there were dark colored water satins on the packaging, disgusting! I freaked, personally I didn't feel as if the tools were sterile, did not feel comfortable....... I left without being treated! Would NEVER go back!!!!!!

I went to this dentist many years ago to have two wisdom teeth pulled. One was impacted. He worked on on my impaction after numbing me with ten or eleven shots. After working on it trying to get it out. He change the dental instrument he was working with. Then amazingly my tooth came out. My mouth was cut on the corner of my mouth and my face was bruised. He put me on antibiotics and I was on Demerol. Eventually it healed. Here's the horror part of it. Two years later I was at a new dentist to take X-rays. And have my teeth cleaned. Looking at my X-rays he's says" what's that." Oh my goodness that looks like the end of a metal pick. He asked if I had any dental work there. I said yes that's where my wisdom teeth were pulled two years ago. Enough said. Thompson never said a word. He change instrument because it was broke and the other end was in my jaw bone. he didn't say a word to me. I should have sued. They even had the nerve to send me a bill for four hundred plus dollars. I didn't pay and guess what? It never showed up on my credit. Guess why. You figure it out.
