The hygienist, Melissa, is outstanding. She is thorough and efficient. She's excellent as far as thoroughly working c/o the cosmetic aspects of a good dental cleaning; yet she is concerned about the care of each person's mouth. She is very knowledgeable -well-learned in her field- and good about sharing the information and directing the patient. She is so good that she even has my husband going regularly for his cleanings. In addition, she has personality as well. Melissa is an asset to them and invaluable to us!

I made an appointment for a cleaning and was only given an "initial evaluation". I was told I needed work done that was not needed. I wasn't told anything about the dental procedures suggested to me. I'll have to do my own research. When I called back to make an appointment for a standard cleaning, I was told I could not have just a standard cleaning because the doctor suggested I needed otherwise. What BS!! My mother is a dental hygeinist. I'm calling right away to have them removed as my dental provider!!!
