I arrived at 7:30 as requested for a same day denture. They took the mold and told me to return at 11:30. When I returned the mold was not very good and it had to be done again. They then took another mold and told me I had to come back the following day. I returned and tried the new mold and it was still not right. They took another mold and told me to come back the following day. On my third day back the mold was correct and I had to come back after lunch to have the final fit. When I returned it was a horrible fit and needed adjusting which they did. I was there for about an hour and a half. The following morning the denture was very hard to use due to soreness and needed some adjusting. I called and was told that it would be the following week before they could do anything...This is on a Wednesday. So after a fourth day off of work I get the denture in a usable state. I have dental insurance and they wanted $30 to file it. After missing four days of work already I was not in a position to pay that nor would I. I requested a detailed receipt and they only would provide a receipt from a receipt book. The staff was friendly and nice but the office policies should be addressed.
