After going to another dentist who was condescending and tried to humiliate me, I found Dr McMasters. They may not have the most fancy new equipment but they were kind and caring and treated me with respect.

I can't believe this so called "dentist office" is still open. It was the most unprofessional service I have ever received from a dentist. I went there for dentures in October 2012. My dentures weren't delivered until May 2013. Then they hurt like crazy and had to go back 6 times and they still hurt. The very first time my impressions were taken, they were incorrect and the wax impression did not fit. He tried to force them in my mouth anyway. The worst attitude I have ever seen from a professional. He actually THREW the dentures on the counter and stormed out of the room. I couldn't believe my eyes. I should've stopped there and never came back. I had already invested too much time. The next time, the teeth were crooked and look horrendous. He told me that was it and they looked good and he was through. I thought this was a nightmare. Thank goodness the dental assistance was in there (every time I came in he called everybody that worked there to come in my room). She recognized the problem and took another impression to send back to lab. From that point on, I would only ask to see her when I had to return. She did her best considering she wasn't even a dentist. However, when they came back, they hurt like crazy and I couldn't even eat with them. I went back for adjustments 6 times. I lived 40 minutes away. Not to mention, they assisted everyone that came in after I did before they even called me to go back. Eventually, he told me to bring the dentures back for refund. How in the world can I do that and go teethless for another 6 months or more. I was referred to him believe it or not, by another dentist. They both should be fired! It was such a sad situation. How do people like that stay in business???
