Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are the WORST. I was so uncomfortable I would have rather just stood up to wait for my appointment. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience. People in the back are very nice! Girls in the front have no compassion and don't understand that sometimes people are going through tough times.

I've been a patient since I was a young child and now I live in Raleigh... but Dr. Runkle has been the best dentist ever so I'll be driving in from Raleigh to continue in his care. The staff is always gentle and friendly. You can't find a better dentist.
