I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.

In the past few years by appts were often rescheduled by the office. I arrived for appts two days in a row to find Dr. Ritchie out sick. The office called on one occasion and I missed it, but no call the second time. A couple of months ago my husband arrived for his appt to find the office abandoned with signs on the door stating their rent was in arrears and the office had been abandoned. It's a shame....once a receptionist indicated Dr. Ritchie had an illness. Now we have to find a new dentist and have no way to get dental records from Dr. Ritchie.. The telephone line is disconnected.
