My family and I have been going to Dr. Jay for over 10 years. Dr. Jay has always been understanding and expressed concerns about the well being of me and my families teeth. There are many times where my family members and myself have had emergencies and we all know that when emergencies arise we sometimes don't have the unexpected funding, but I can always count on him to take care of the problem. He always tell me what is required of me after my insurance pays their percentage. I can honestly say I have never paid the full amount of my portion; he always discounts my portion without me even asking, and if there is a time I do not have the full amount he will let me pay in increments until it is paid. I have never experienced this with any other physician, rather it be medical/dental. This day and age everyone wants a dollar and it is hard for people to offer to many discounts with this economy the way it is. Dr. Jay is very understanding and to him he puts his true passion for dentistry and the up keep of people's teeth first. Loyality is hard to find now a days. The average person now a days is about money. I am always impressed with his work, reguardless of how little money I may have to give at the time of my service, it does not affect the quality of his work. My daughter fell in love with him her first visit, I remember she was 3 yrs old. She was so afraid and nervous as any child or person would be. (Who likes the dentist office?) even I still get nervous when I go sometimes. Dr.Jay made my daughters first experience so good! She loves to go; even after him filling a cavity of hers. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a good dentist and have an interest in quality work that does not cost a fortune.
