They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

They didn't give me any information about how much my procedure would cost before they scheduled it. It felt like they were just trying to get it over with so I would have to pay for it before really considering it. I asked for an invoice, but they didn't give me one for over a week. I was wondering whether I'd get one at all. I'm not positive that they wouldn't recommend a dental procedure I didn't need just to make more money. There's been a few times that they've suggested I get something I didn't need. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.
