My entire family goes to this office. The dentist isn't personable or overly friendly, but I've never once had any issues with his results. He's not lying to you in an effort to try and get you to spend money on things just because. He lets you know what's going on, tells you your options, and he allows you to move forward as you feel is appropriate.

I love the hygienist that work in the office, although some have left, and I have no clue why, so this statement is not presented as a bad thing, just a statement of fact.

The only other thing that is worth mentioning is that sometimes, the dentist and the hygienist act as if they're mad at one another. Again, I am not omnipotent, so I have no way of knowing if that is true, but if not they have a funny way of showing they like one another.

Lastly, and most importantly, I have been to other dentists who've cared about nothing except the money... this office and dentist seems to care more about keeping you as a patient/customer, and less about the bottom line. But we all know that the name of the game is to make money for without money no one does much of anything.

This is no different here, they have to make money to keep the lights on, but it never comes as a used car salesman.

The dental hygenists were through & complete & did a great job. The Dr. is not very friendly or personable. I brought in my kids and he didn't really talk w/ them at all. But I think he has done a good job overall when I've gone in for work - just not very friendly!
