I have been seeing Dr Patel for the last 5 years+. He is very conscientious and thorough with my dental care. He has a strong focus on preventive care that works best for me (and not unnecessary work). He discusses in detail what the problem is and the best approach with the least impact. He cares about his patients and clearly loves his profession.Highly recommend his care to anyone new. 4.5 stars since no one is perfect!

I strong recommend against going to Dr Shailesh Patel. I experienced long waiting period. The staff and doctor is rude. I was also overcharged for the services. And though the insurance company has already paid the doctor and I am owed a refund, its now over 1 year and inspite of multiple reminders I have not received a response to my voicemails and emails and have not been refunded the excess amount paid.

Not really, they gave me a little information beforehand but not very much
Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?
Absolutely not! I was seen right away!
