My teeth cleaning was very uncomfortable. I feel like a lot of the pain I experienced could have been avoided if they had been more careful.One of the hygenist is very carefull and does not hurt you, but my wife and I both call the other one the butcher, because you mouth will be sore for days after she cleans your teeth. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I wish they had made an extra effort to use better toothpaste during my cleaning. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. I made an appointment for a Monday as I am unable to take other days because of conflicting schedules with other salespeople I work with. They changed it to a Tuesday appointment and didn't notify me. I will probably be finding another dentist.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
