We have been coming here for years and I have finally decided to change dentists. The Dr is great but the staff leaves alot to be desired. My husband went in for his 6 month cleaning and they said he owed money but I knew it was covered by Insurance. After a heated discussion on the phone with the office personel she would not treat my husband without making a payment plan even though it was THEIR fault for not filing correctly under the insurance. This happened a second time and when I called they acted like it was no big deal and would file it correctly. To me it was a big deal!! That is my money they are talking about not theirs. So yes after 6 years I am done with this unprofessional office staff and am switching to people that care how I am treated.
