I had an appointment scheduled for a cleaning at 2:00 PM and arrived at 2:00 however
their parking lot didn't have ample space so i had to park at a nearby business, so
when I got inside it was then 2:05. I signed in and waited for the women at the front
desk to return from the back room. When she returned it was then 2:10 and she directed me to the back area of the business where the cleanings are done. When we got there and she was able to find someone to pull up the schedule it was discovered
that the office had gave someone else my spot even though i was there.

Someone had to have already been there for something else and they gave them my appointment without checking the waiting room first.
