I was asked to send my files in by fax a week before my appointment. I was called 2 days before my appointment and asked the same questions that I faxed. When I arrived for my appointment my faxed documents were never scanned or in my file. I gave them a copy of my documents. The doctor was rude and condescending and regardless of the outcome of my tests I would never go to him for ongoing care due to his personality and demeanor. On the plus side, the office was nice and small and manageable. The Diagnostic Center was beautiful and the people there were wonderful. However, I received 2 calls from different people asking for the same information in regards to my appointment there. Definitely some process problems all around.
