If you want your teeth.... Don't use this dentist... They charge your insurance for dental cleaning, when the only thing they do, is floss, polish and take x rays... and he uses a star tool to go between your front teeth, never touching any of your teeth in the back or getting any of the stains off... It is costing me over 4000.00 to fix all his mistakes... Terrible... If you get a filling, it falls out and the tooth breaks off, then a crown is needed, the crowns suck, too big and they fall off... the fillings turn black... Cheap materials are used... They're always in a rush, if you say, it hurts, he says, "NO", it doesn't, I did a root canal on that tooth.... well, guess what, he forgot a canal, he had to take the crown off which, broke the rest of my tooth off, then had to wait for another crown, which fell off too and now there is nothing to put a crown on...That's two teeth he messed up. Plus... 6 fillings which have to be redone plus a root canal 2 crowns.... I now, have to have, a 4 tooth bridge. Both teeth that he crowned, and did a root canal on, had to be pulled. I could go on complaining but, I want... just don't use this dentist because, it will cost a lot more to fix his terrible work... I hope whomever, that has used this dentist had a better experience than I did... I never write reviews but, it's 1:30 am and I can't sleep because, my mouth hurts and I have stitches from the 2 teeth extractions and a root canal next to that because when he was drilling the tooth for a filling he hit my nerve and for a year and a half that tooth throbbed all the time... I'm getting my teeth fixed now by a very experienced dentist... good luck to those that use Dr. Carroll Pierce...
