I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. It's always uncomfortable having to sit through a dental procedure when they use really cold or hot water to rinse your teeth, but they didn't do that here. They made sure that I was comfortable with the water's temperature. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

After being a loyal customer for serveral years when I had a complaint and was not satisfied by the dentist workmanship my concerns were ignored by the dentist. I never returned to his practice. When I found a new dentist, and asked that my records be transferred my request was denied. Hmmm ... Someone seems fishy.
